You'll lead design across multiple products in our portfolio — from zero-to-one flows to brand systems that feel inevitable. This is a core function for us: design shapes the product, not just the polish. You’ll partner with engineers and founders to turn rough concepts into useful, elegant software.

Venture Operator (Chief of Staff)
You'll keep a portfolio moving — aligning goals, clearing blockers, and turning chaos into execution. You’ll coordinate builders, vendors, and timelines, making sure the right thing ships next. If you love context-switching, crisp communication, and measurable outcomes, this is your arena.

Growth / Distribution Lead
You'll own distribution across our companies — positioning, experiments, and channels that compound. You care about narrative, media, and attention — because growth isn’t ads alone. You’ll turn stories into demand and demand into revenue.

- Build a repeatable distribution playbook across products

- Fluent in content, lifecycle, SEO, and paid/organic loops

Content / Story Researcher (Producer)
You'll research, develop, and produce stories that power our media engine — founder narratives, product explainers, and faceless channels that build trust and demand. You turn insights into scripts, outlines, and assets that move people to care and act.

Software Engineer
You'll build the core products across our portfolio companies — not as a contractor, not as a hired hand. As a co-builder. You'll work across stacks, own features end-to-end, and have a direct line to the decisions that shape what we ship.

- Full-stack ownership — no PM gatekeeping your work
- Work across 2–4 companies at once, stay where you thrive
- 3+ years building real products
- Comfortable with TypeScript, React, or Node (ideally all three)
- You ship, then iterate — not the other way around
Recruiter
You'll find the builders who don't know they're ready yet — the senior engineers, designers, and product people sitting in jobs they've outgrown. You won't fill seats. You'll help people make one of the most important career decisions of their lives.

- Experience with Premiere, DaVinci, or CapCut at a professional level

2D Animator
You'll bring ideas to life through motion — explainer videos, product walkthroughs, social content, and brand animations for our companies. You'll work alongside video editors and founders to make complex things feel simple and memorable.

- Proficient with After Effects, Lottie, or equivalent
