FounderSide ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at founderside.xyz. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

When you submit the application form ("Share the Risk") we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • A short description of your background (free text or links you choose to share)
  • Your idea or area of interest

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics beyond standard server logs. We do not collect payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Your submission is delivered to us by email via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email provider. We do not store your data in a database.
  • We use your details to review your application and reach out personally if there is a potential fit.
  • We will never add you to a marketing list, newsletter, or automated email sequence without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the site:

  • Resend — email delivery of your form submission. Your data passes through their infrastructure to reach our inbox. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — website hosting and edge network. Standard server access logs may be retained by Vercel per their data retention policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

4. Data Retention

Because submissions are delivered as email, they are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to evaluate your application — typically no longer than 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict our processing

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
