Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
By accessing or using founderside.xyz (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What FounderSide Is
FounderSide is a venture-building platform that connects builders, engineers, and domain experts with co-founders and operational support to launch companies together. The Site is an informational and application portal — it is not a job board, a marketplace, or a financial product.
2. Applications Are Not Offers
Submitting the application form does not create any contractual relationship, employment relationship, partnership, or obligation on the part of FounderSide. We review every application and reach out personally when there is a potential fit, but we make no guarantee of a response or engagement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to FounderSide. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By submitting an application you grant FounderSide a limited, non-exclusive right to use your submission internally for evaluation purposes only.
4. No Investment Advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any discussion of equity, profit sharing, or revenue models is for illustrative purposes and does not represent a guarantee of any specific outcome. Engage your own advisors before making business decisions.
5. Idea Submissions
When you submit an idea through the Site, you acknowledge that:
- FounderSide may already be working on similar ideas independently.
- Submission does not create a confidentiality obligation on FounderSide's part unless we have a separate written agreement in place.
- If you consider your idea sensitive, please treat any submission as non-confidential until a mutual NDA or co-founder agreement is signed.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the Site to spam, scrape, or harvest contact information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
7. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderSide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FounderSide is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
